Management elements and experience can happen and affect career and projects. Today there is emphasis on creating deliverables and work-product that management gets forgotten by creative people. I’ll be honest, its not the first item on any list of skills to acquire but, as your career matures, management is the next logical step. You are always expected to manage yourself for time is a premium asset in projects. A person can manage or guide a project. A person can also career manage other people to be sure they are on their career path of a shared company.

While I don’t focus on Management per se, I have created an area on my site for discussions or work-product based on management and methodologies that aid creativity and design.

This section will be a safe place to demonstrate and discuss examples like: Agile, Fail-Fast and Mobile First and these frameworks affect creativity and deliverable directions.
