Work Product

Not everything is sketched with a pencil. Not everything is a deliverable for the client.  Some work is meant for greater purposes unseen but highly valued. There are intermediary products that fulfill the requirements to move other people and processes to the next level. This area is devoted to underdog work that gets others things moving. While many of these are not pretty, they are vital for ideation, unseen opportunities, fast diagrams, rough diagrams and the best example of thought processes.

Below is a journey map to help understand how users go through the process of deciding how they will deal with an issue before purchasing or engaging external services and/or products. The first map was for termite product.
